    ok here it is i have suse 9.3 pro on my laptop and have suse 9.2 on my pc
    now in control center/desktop/panels/appearance

    in 9.2 they have enable icon zooming, but in 9.3 they have
    replaced it with enable icon mouse over effects

    is there a way i could replace enable icon mouse over effects 9.3
    with enable icon zooming from 9.2.

    if so how would i go about it
