That looks like some sort of disk error. Check your filesystem. How is the
machine partitioned ?

What partition does the error relate to ?

You have used a partitioning scheme haven't you ? (as opposed to just creating
one big partition).

You also need to configure a network name on your machine. Don't just use a
default name of "localhost". It will cause a lot of confusion, when you are
trying to resolve networking problems.

What is the nature of the crash ? Is it a hang ?, a reboot, or what ?
