You don't need proof, just test it out yourself, it's easy enough. Just do
what I did.
Create an empty text file with some unique name and save it as empty.
Then go and put some text into it.
Then go and copy it to another file name.
Then rename it.
Then just go into regedit and search for the filenames. You'll find all the
proof you need right there!
Are you aware that the laws have recently changed regarding flaming on the
internet? Just a few days ago, I saw a notice of the change to the terms of
service for one of the more popular local ISP where they state that the
user's access to the internet through their ISP can be terminated without
notice if any of the terms of service are violated as per FCC regulations.
Part of those terms of service forbid the transmission of objectionable,
hurtful, racial, defamatory, inflammatory, injurious and abusive messages to
others. You want to find the Eula, just Google for yahoo.com Eula, or
sbcglobal Eula.
I suggest you moderate your mouth, before someone takes advantage of this
and decides to report you. I give you a chance to knock it off. I have other
readers that I've not plonked you in, I'll be watching you. You better start
being civil.
