now i reinserted an ide-raid pci card that had been in
there years ago and attached the former hda to it.
In the card bios menu the disk was still (the only) part
of a raid array. I removed that array in the card bios,
replugged the disk to ide0 and removed the pci card again.
Now in the installation the hardwarecheck doesn't state
hda to be softwareraid, but when I boot, still nothing has
changed -> kernel panic and freeze with the same messages.
