First, they have tested and certified the software for Redhat. It may as
well work on another system, but you ain't expect support for problems with
them, even if you paid for support.
2nd, it probably will come as rpm packages and you need tools like alien to
convert, with added inconveniences or more trouble.

It's a standardized server- and corporate "commercial" distribution, aiming
for long-term reliability and update support.
