OT - What is the proper netiquette?

I need to send about 300 emails out to some club members. Is my ISP likly to think this is spam if I send them all at once? Do I need to break them down into groups of X number and send? How big a group? How about time spacing between sendings?

What is considered proper?

Thanks for any feedback/opinions.
