If you have Gaim (or some other chat software that can do MSN) you can
look for the config file, grep out the E-mailaddresses from the
contacts, and put those in a CSV-file, and import this.
With Gaim you have to look in ~/.gaim/blist.xml, and in order to know
the CSV specs, you can just create an entry in your addressbook and
export this, then look at the CSV to know the position of the E-mail.
The 6th field contains the E-mail, followed by another 32 fields if I
counted right...

thanks for the info but i found a better way, open Kopete, load your fav
messengers (MSN, Yahoo, etc) connect, go to File> Export Contacts, sends
them to your address book
.
