You posted from 134.138.119-80.rev.gaoland.net. Have you tried
news.gaoland.net? There is a news server there. It won't talk to me
because I'm not on the gaoland/9tel network but it should work for you.

# telnet news.gaoland.net 119
Trying 212.30.113.196...
Connected to asterion.grec.isp.9tel.net (212.30.113.196).
