Multihead or DualView? HowTo? (Not the standard question)

Ok, there we go.
I have a nvidia gi4200. This single card has connectors for both a
analog and digital screen. According to Linux (SuSE 9.x,10.x) this is
NOT a multihead configuration.
What I want is to be able to use this card in the same way as in
windows 'Expand the desktop to this screen' where I am then able to
move f.i. my outlook to the 2nd screen and keep on working on the 1st
without interference.
With me so far?
The only thing I have so far been able to do is have xwindows clone
the 1st screen to the second one which would be very good when giving
a presentation and have people look at the second screen.
Unfortunately this is not what I want or need.
I have already made the changes to the xorg.conf as proposed by the
redhat article (otherwise I wouldn't have the clone).
