This works really great, but after some time (a few hours) the ssh
connection is automatically disconnected (mostly after a period of
inactivity on the client). I assume this has to do something with a
timeout on the ssh server?
Is there a firewall, and if so what kind, at some point in between the
two hosts? There might be timeouts for the state tables that tears
down the connection after a certain period without traffic over it.
