Installing Red Hat drivers in Ubuntu

I'm going to try to install some Red Hat printer drivers into a Ubuntu machine. The drivers are packaged in *.rpm format, is Ubuntu able to make use of these? The drivers say they are compatible with Red Hat (natch), SuSE, and Mandrake.
