"binary support for other systems" in newer kernels

I'm trying to see if I can get an application made for SCO OpenServer
to work on Linux. With some searching around, I found that there is a
kernel patch called Linux ABI that does just that - enables binary
support for other systems, including OpenServer. The problem is that it
only supports older kernels (up to 2.4.20 I believe).

Is there something like abi for newer 2.4 or 2.6 kernels?
