Actually - no.
Ubuntu is a half dozen times better documented - because it is pure Debian.
There are literally millions of Debian help pages on the Internet.
Red Hat always was second in documentation.

I'm running Ubuntu server 6.06 now, and I must say it's very nice.
No slick GUI configuration, but then that shouldn't be on a server - use WindBlows if that's what you want.
