Anyone have any recomendations for an easy to use, no hassles OS. Will be

Thanks
Answer to question: there is no 'best easy to use Linux'. With over 350
active distributions, there is not one that is 'best' for much of
anything. My advice would be to go to distrowatch.com and do some
homework, then pick something near the top of the hit page rankings.
You may want to start by trying some of the Live CDs - there are a lot of
them available now - my personal favorites are knoppix and elive. This
will give you a basis for making a decision on factors such as which
desktop you might prefer and which package management facility you think
fits you.
