I am guessing you are using Firefox for your browser to go to
hallmark.com, yes or no?

If yes, type this in the address bar where you normally type in
hallmark.com or google.com
about:plugins
and then tell us here if you see Shockwave Flash as a plugin, and
*most* importantly look closely at the fine print for the version of
Flash, it will look something like
Shockwave Flash 9.0 d55
although I am betting yours says something like
Shockwave Flash 7
or you may not even have Shockwave Flash installed.

Report back and tell us what you see.
