I just do not understand why you suggest tmpwatch while a binary like 'find'why i would download and install an external prog while my linux box is
all fit to do the job itself. I just have to write the useful prog lines.
How can we know that it's an external program for you, none of us here are
mind readers. One reason to use this tool can be for it's made for this
kind of work and some feels it makes things easier for them.
But if you rather use something else, then please use it, no one forces
you to
use anything.
is sufficient and is present on 100% of linux ditros.
you do complicate while you can do simple.
and 'find' does a lot more!
