RHEL, CentOS and Fedora are the same.
Fedora is the development environment fro RHEL.
CentOS is based on the source RPMs for RHEL.
When it comes to other distros, you will have that they do have other distro dependent tools than RedHat, which makes that you won't be able to do everything the same way as in RedHat and then we have differences of file placements, where you can kind of could say you have RedHat on one end and Debian on the other.
