I just got back from the store, I returned the software. Went to the
bookstore, bought Computer Music magazine that had a DVD loaded with
software, including free full version of a nice app comparable to what I

returned).
How in the name of all creation did you pull *that* one off??????
I have a friend who owns a retail company, and he tells me that as far as
he knows, retailers aren't supposed to give credit, refund, exchange or
ANYTHING for opened software.
My own experience in the field as a part-time consultant/expert for hire
in both win and lin tells me much the same.
Anything you'd care to share with the class?
