Nothing. I perhaps could have worded it better as "software for MS" rather
than "MS software"; but then I again I was fuming over it all at the time
of the OP.



Save your breath then and don't squawk here but go right to the source. The charming company who made/markets the software you bought. You'll likely accomplish as much as complaining here but maybe just maybe if enough folks bitch at them they'll change the way they do business.
