USB devices arent detected after reboot

Hello all,

I have a Problem on my OpenSuse10.1 box.
An MGE UPS is attached via USB, using the
New USB/HID UPS driver 0.23 (2.0.2).
The Ups - daeomon works fine.
lsusb shows the device.

But after shutdown, or reboots the UPS isnt detected
and the deamon doesnt start of course.
lsusb doesnt show the device.
If I disconnect and reconnect the USB cable, the ups
works fine.
I have also plugged a USB CD-Rom Drive which still works
after reboots.

Everyone who helps me solve my problems gets a beer for free ;-)
thanks in advance!
