where can I download CVS for Linux x86 ????

Which Linux distribution? All distributions that I know of come with a
CVS package, so you should be able to install it from the same medium
you installed your distribution from.

The source is usually also included on the install media, but for those who wants a cvs of cvs may take a look athttp://ximbiot.com/cvs/wiki/index.php?title=Main_Page
