In fairness it is an alpha version of an openSUSE project based on SUSE,
so I am sure there will be growing pains from alpha to beta to final
release, ec.
I actually like the Enlightenment GUI, but I was SOOOOooo annoyed by the
extremely tiny and BLURRY fonts when I ran ardour2 it was unusuable
(ardour that is); ardour is a DAW --digital audio workstation, that I
really wanted. I notice ardour is on the list of software in synaptic for
Ubuntu (I use Ubuntu 6.10), but when I check it for install I get a
message saying it can not be installed on my system (AMD 64 x2, running
SMP 32 bit kernel); bummer. tarball install ended up being futile.
