You'd be charged with Littering and Arson, not sure how that affects your
ability to speak freely though.

Plus, assembly without a permit, disturbing the peace, and probably
terrorism. How does that affect free speech? Being punished for it is de
facto squelching the right. Strictly speaking (sorry for the pun), I can
do anything I want - illegal or not. It's the threat of punishment which
determines the level of freedom. And that is the point I'm making.
