Your news server, news.sky.com(?), probably requires
authentication - user name and password. Give their help desk a

You also might want to check if the server will allow posting according
to your account status - if you have opted for a "free" account, you
may not have posting privileges - read the "fine" print in regards to
the types of accounts available.
