As you well know, there's /no/ mileage whatsoever in taking any case against
MS. They have so much money that they can keep any case against them in
court forever - it's how they "won" against Apple. I'm rich enough, but I
couldn't afford to spend the rest of my natural life in court!
And right there is a perfect example of how MS (and others like them)
*stay* as powerful as they are. The mindset of "we can't beat the big
guys in court" is what they count on. When you bow down and submit to
them like that, they just laugh behind your back, and assimilate you. Sad.
By the way, you don't have to "spend the rest of your life" in court.
That's what lawyers are for.
