Oh never mind, it does work.
[ohmster@ohmster text]$ lpstat -a
HP920c accepting requests since Wed 27 Jun 2007 08:14:17 PM EDT
[ohmster@ohmster text]$lp -d HP920c MyTextFile.txt
request id is HP920c-15 (1 file(s))
[ohmster@ohmster text]$
Works like a charm! The HP920C is actually on a Windows XP machine and is
the default printer for the Linux box.
