The ubuntu.org site does not work

The ubuntu.org site does not work
It keeps redirecting me to http://www.ubuntu.upc.edu
There dont seem to be anywhere on there to get the free install cds.
In fact there dont seem to be anything at all about Linux on there.
All it seems to be is some foreign political garbage.......
