Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software

Does anyone have any excellent recommendations for a CRM software? I
work for an electronics component (capacitors) manufacturer and we
don't have one. I have worked for other companies where we have
(Windows based though) and know the value of it. However, my boss
doesn't understand the value of CRM. We have a direct sales force as
well as manufacturer representatives and distributors who sell our
product. We need a CRM that does an excellent job of tracking new
business opportunities as well as company and contact information. Any
recommendations would be appreciated. Thank you!
