The only way to make Windows "secure":
1) go tohttp://goodbye-microsoft.com
2) replace existing operating system.

I appreciate your follow up and help. I should have been more
detailed. By the way, there is some interesting new technologies in
capacitors as you might know. One being Electric Double Layer
Capacitors or Super Capacitors.
