A regular user can use X programs. You know, those things exist at least
since 1991.

Who needs advanced features they are there for him/her. For newbs there are
other programs. This kind of comparison is plain stupid. Or are you saying
that flying planes is stupid since the average car driver couldn't pilot
that damn boeing 747.
