Because Apple products are in fashion with the artsy types that do things
like selecting props. The producers, of course, wouldn't know the
difference between a VAX and a Mac.
I'm sure Microsoft would be more than happy to *pay* to have their
products placed in Hollywood films, but Apple products get prominently
displayed in every other movie for *free*?
Hollywood doesn't usually work that way.
