Now, that I've given you a stupid answer to the stupid question, let's
ask the right question instead and see if that isn't easier to solve.

The real problem is that email is a thoroughly stupid way to move large
quantities of info around. Get a free upload account that allows you to
load a file to the web and access it via a private link, possibly with a
password. Upload the video file, email the link and phone and tell the
recipient the password. Problem solved.
