can't ping any port on loacalhost

I can ping on localhost as following:

~$ ping localhost
PING localhost (127.0.0.1) 56(84) bytes of data.
64 bytes from localhost (127.0.0.1): icmp_seq=1 ttl=64 time=0.032 ms
64 bytes from localhost (127.0.0.1): icmp_seq=2 ttl=64 time=0.034 ms
64 bytes from localhost (127.0.0.1): icmp_seq=3 ttl=64 time=0.034 ms

but i canoot ping any port:
$ ping localhost:119
ping: unknown host localhost:119

while port 119 is used by leafnode and i can get news from knode while
configures to collect from leafnode server.

$ ping localhost:631
ping: unknown host localhost:631

while cups is running

it is same when i ping ports of the local computer bridge connected.

when i ssh an account on it it says:

~$ ssh user@xxxxxxxxxxxx
