I can ping on localhost as following:

~$ ping localhost
PING localhost (127.0.0.1) 56(84) bytes of data.
64 bytes from localhost (127.0.0.1): icmp_seq=1 ttl=64 time=0.032 ms
64 bytes from localhost (127.0.0.1): icmp_seq=2 ttl=64 time=0.034 ms
64 bytes from localhost (127.0.0.1): icmp_seq=3 ttl=64 time=0.034 ms

but i canoot ping any port:
$ ping localhost:119
ping: unknown host localhost:119

while port 119 is used by leafnode and i can get news from knode while
configures to collect from leafnode server.

$ ping localhost:631
ping: unknown host localhost:631

while cups is running

it is same when i ping ports of the local computer bridge connected.

because you simply can not ping ports.
I didn't know that

You want to do a portscan. Google up how to do this for your specific
Linux.

when i ssh an account on it it says:

~$ ssh user@xxxxxxxxxxxx
@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@
@ WARNING: REMOTE HOST IDENTIFICATION HAS CHANGED! @
@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@
IT IS POSSIBLE THAT SOMEONE IS DOING SOMETHING NASTY!
Someone could be eavesdropping on you right now (man-in-the-middle attack)!
It is also possible that the RSA host key has just been changed.
The fingerprint for the RSA key sent by the remote host is
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx #intentionnaly
removed Please contact your system administrator.
Add correct host key in /home/user/.ssh/known_hosts to get rid of this
message. Offending key in /home/user/.ssh/known_hosts:3
RSA host key for 192.168.2.22 has changed and you have requested strict
checking.
Host key verification failed.

while i was used to connect the local computer before with ssh.

And?

Did you follow the advice given in the error message?
the length of the host key displayed and that in the /home/user/.ssh/known_hosts
file is 4 or 5 times lower so i just removed it and ssh updated the file.

I posted this issue because i didn't figure out how this has changed.
