The driver usually isn't the issue. Windows /cannot/ provide low latency
for audio applications. Pro Tools is a bad joke, and Cubase is over
complicated.
In the Linux world, you should look for the *MM* kernels - built for
multimedia purposes. If you /really/ want low latency, an MM kernel is the
way to go.
