I use Linux as a Webserver only. But for that it is good. Ever seen
programs like Cubase or Pro Tools for Linux? Yet ever seen an ASIO sound
driver with low latency for Linux?

The driver usually isn't the issue. Windows /cannot/ provide low latency
for audio applications. Pro Tools is a bad joke, and Cubase is over
complicated.

Cubase over complicated? That depends if you just want to edit some wave
files or if you want to record professional audio. MM kernal might be good
but do you know any good multi recorder for professional use that runs under
Linux?

In the Linux world, you should look for the *MM* kernels - built for
multimedia purposes. If you /really/ want low latency, an MM kernel is
the
way to go.
