counter.li.org madness

Well, my machine-update script from there complains about a
"Invalid or incomplete multibyte or wide character" when started with -m to
mail the output.
Ok, just now I got the reminder to login to refresh my registration.
When I try to go to counter.li.org, all I get is a 4x4 gif without content,
looks like a web-bug. Using firefox3.03 with adblockplus and noscript, of
course, but allowed that site.
Can someone verify that madness at http://counter.li.org?
