Environment.
RHEL 5.2 (2.6.18-128.el5xen #1 SMP Wed Dec 17 12:22:24 EST 2008 i686
i686 i386 GNU/Linux)
Xen Guest name: Virtbox1
When I perform a restart of a guest the system fails to come backup up
with an odd crash restart continuous loop. Yet if I do a shutdown, and
then bring the virtual guest up all is fine. I get the following errors
repeatedly withing xend.log during this loop crash. I would appreciate
any advice.

Hello Fern:
I see that you have been updating your RHEL 5.2 system. Has this crash
aways been a problem or did it recently start?
I wonder if it might be best to continue with your updates and get your
system up to 5.3? Then, if you still have the same crashes, this might
be a very good time to use your Red Hat support.
What do you think?
Pete
Well this box is new in general. According to the system all updates
have been applied. I never noticed the system causing this issue prior
to the updates.. hard to say.
Hello Fern:
As of early last week, Red Hat made its final release of 5.3 in which
some 730 bugs were fixed. If you have not had a fairly massive update
of your Tikanga since early last week, followed by a probable mandatory
reboot, your system may be in need of these changes. Try executing:
$ rpm -q redhat-release
Please post the result.
Pete
