No, as openBSD is much more controlled in its releases, but much
less used, than Linux (any distro) the hardware support always has
lagged behind Linux, expecially for bleeding-edge hardware.
Hardware manufacturers always already had problems releasing Linux
drivers for their hardware, the (different) BSD kernel still needs
another driver/module, which mostly has to be ported FROM the Linux
driver.
