Hi.,
I would like to download, compile and install tcpkill on our little
embedded linux box but i can't find it in the kernel config
It wouldn't be there. tcpkill is a userspace app, not a kernelspace option.
nor can I find any helpful online ressources....
A quick google search on "tcpkill source" points out references to the
dsniff package, and then another google search on "dsniff source" brings
you right to the source tarball.
Any clues here how I can get that utility onto my system?
Take a look at http://www.monkey.org/~dugsong/dsniff/
Download, http://www.monkey.org/~dugsong/dsniff/dsniff-2.3.tar.gz and
unpack, compile, and install the utilities contained in it. One of those
utilities is tcpkill.
