What are some decent repositories for APK files?
Google play?
Google Play is lousy because it forces registration. Some repos just
redirect to Google Play. I want something that just distributes raw
APK files w/out needing an account.
It's Googles business plan to have you login and buy apps and by forcing you to register you will be more likely to buy your packages than if you didn't, as it so easy just to connect your credit card to your account.
I found Opera Mobile Store. It's a nice setup, but doesn't have
enough selection.
There may be some Chinese repository with a limited amount of applications to allow their customers to install some applications which Google wouldn't allow to be installed due location or device not up to Google standard.
Sorry for not having a better answer, but I don't keep track of java application repositories, happy with my real Linux phone and can access the arm packages for debian.
