 Responsibilities:
 · Design and implement device drivers for PIKA voice cards
 · Lead software architecture and contribute to overall product road map
 · Research new technologies
 
 Expectations:
 · Participate in the "PIKA culture" – be part of the team
 · Learn PIKA technology – HW, SW, and help solve customer issues
 
 Requirements:
 · Computer Science or Electrical Engineering degree
 · 8+ years programming experience, at least two years leading system design
 · Real-time device driver design experience
 · Linux and Windows kernel programming experience
 · E1, T1, analog and VOIP telecom experience
 · Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to
        establish and maintain cooperative and harmonious working relationships
        with fellow employees
 · Highly developed problem solving skills.
 · Good mentoring and teaching skills
