Uterm purports to be a unicode / utf-8 terminal emulator for the
Linux FrameBuffer Console.

It is similar in concept to kon and jfbterm, popular and current
terminal emulators for distros with CJK [ Chinese/Japanese/Korean ]
Linux support.
