Hi
How come the december issue of the magazine was not available in
the markets here(kathmandu,Nepal).I could be a subscriber, but it often
costs very less to buy the magazine at the news-stand(The cover price
of Rs50) than to be a subscriber.I don't understand why the Indian
magazines charge exuberant prices for their magazine despite the open
border and almost non-existant taxes.
