Dear Linux & Cisco IOS Users,

We've released a new preview version of Telconi Terminal (v08a), now
with support for Secure Shell (SSH) version 1 protocol. With this
version, you can securely connect to your networking equipment (provided
your system image supports SSH also). Alternatively, you can also
connect through a "proxy" SSH Unix box and then use TELNET again to
access the router or switch.

Short description:

Telconi Terminal, a network management productivity application for
Cisco IOS based routers, switches and other devices, helps network
administrators to accomplish their daily work more efficiently and
comfortably by complementing the IOS command line interface with a more
convenient, interactive visual user interface.

Important features include:

        - Configuration, exec and debug sessions
        - interactive full-screen configuration editing and browsing
        - support for the IOS integrated help facility
        - interface status and other displays
         - access-list editing support

        - Native, multi-platform C/C++ application, no Java
        - Single executable on all platforms, no installation required
