problems with select

Hello,

I made a simple server socket in Linux using select(). Using an infinite
loop (while(1)) I accept new client connection, trait messages an so on.
Sometimes happens that the server dies. It seems that the select() fails for
some strange mistake on the client, but no core was generated. Can someone
help me?
