    And the sad thing is that many of them don't get any better out in the
    real world. I can't count the number of times that someone has asked me
    something that could easily be answered by just a little
    experimentation, or reading of documents.

    Its one thing when a person occationally asks such questions. We all
    miss stuff in the docs, or fail to think of trying something, from time
    to time (or occationaly just need a jump start to get us back on the
    correct track). OTOH, there are some who seem to habitually fail to try
    things (or look things up) on their own...

    I suppose one good thing about todays economy is that most of those
    people aren't actually working anymore... :)
