Help to complete a project

Hi,

I'm developing a software under GPL license with QT and KDE
who retrieves IP proxy addresses from the web and tests theirs
anonymity, shows the ping and the nation they belong to. The idea
came to me when I discovered Proxyrama for Windows since there is
no such a Linux program:

Unfortunately, due to my low knowledge of programming
I'm facing several problems such as GUI freezing when the
program tests the anonimity. I know I have to use pthread to
avoid this but I'm not able to do that. Also I'm not used to work
with several project files .cpp and .h.

Is anyone willing to join the project ?
