_POSIX_THREAD_PROCESS_SHARED Implementation

Hi all,

Could anyone tell me whether POSIX threads have implemented
_POSIX_THREAD_PROCESS_SHARED option, so that I can used pthread_mutex
across process?

If implemented, I would also like to know the various RedHat Linux
version which have this option included.
