Where's the faq for this newsgroup posted at?

Hi all,

A couple years ago I came across an IDE for
gnu c++ that appeared to be created from ncurses
from someone from Israel I think.

Borland's Turbo C++ for DOS IDE quite well.

I'll bet the faq for this newsgroup describes
it and gives me a URL to get it but I don't
know where it's located.

Any help would be appreciated.
